The challenge
Most bookings came by phone, and the old website could not show prices or free dates.
What I did
- A calm identity drawn from river currents
- Trip pages with day-by-day maps
- A three-step booking flow with bKash and cards
- Bangla and English from day one
The result
The headline: +41% online bookings in the first season. The Nodi Travel team now runs everything on their own, with a short guide for anyone who joins later.
